Buying a Home is an Emotional Experience

It's far too easy to become attached to a home. We're here to provide you with an independent, professional opinion so you can make the right choice.

A home inspection is an objective visual inspection of the physical structure and systems of the home. The inspection will arm you with detailed, unbiased information.

We'll uncover building defects, necessary repairs, safety hazards, and preventative maintenance issues that could cost you a lot of money down the road. We'll also help you understand which problems are major, and which problems can be corrected inexpensively.

Happy Customers

John and his associate are fantastic. He was at our soon to be property for over 2 hours, meticulously going over the whole house. He answered all of our many questions and was happy to do so. We got the written inspection the same night! Highly recommend their services!!

John made the inspection the easiest part of the home buying process. As cold and snowy as it was he went above and beyond to make sure no corner of the house was left out of the inspection. He found things in places I wouldn't have thought to look for them, but also issues that I'm glad we caught before signing papers! We had the full report in our e-mail by the end of the night with plenty of pictures, and recommendations on things he felt would make the home safer! He was the first and only person we needed to contact for our home inspection, and I have already told all my friends/co-workers of his excellent service!

The staff of residence home inspection was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. As a first time home buyer, there is a great peace of mind provided with inspectors that explain any deficiencies with the home as the inspection occurs, as well as a thorough report including pictures and explanations for review afterwords. Quality at an extremely competitive price. Would not hesitate to use again and cannot recommend highly enough.

I used John recently for my home inspection and he did a very solid job. Between the ease of scheduling the inspection to the quality of the inspection and the report, I couldn't be happier.

Using his service was one part of the home buying process that wasn't stressful. As an inspector he pushed to make sure everything was inspected, no matter how insignificant it may have seemed, and I'm glad because he found somethings I was glad to know about before purchase. In addition there were plenty of picture and documentation.

The full report came a few hours after the inspection, and the radon results the following day. All of this at a very competitive price (I spoke with about 6 inspectors) I couldn't be more satisfied with his service, and will recommend him to others!
